Beef and Pork Cast Iron Dutch Oven Recipes

Cooking beef or pork in your cast iron dutch oven is especially great because it lends itself to longer, slower cook times–that means you can use tougher (and more affordable) cuts of meat and still get a great final product. I always recommend checking on your beef or pork hourly to make sure it still has plenty of steam-making liquid inside.
