Did you forget? Mother’s Day is on Sunday. If you are anything like my husband I can almost guess that my mention of it is the first time you’ve given it any thought. The only difference is that I haven’t mentioned it to him yet so you’re a step ahead.

And to help you out further, I’m gathering a few great last minute Mother’s Day meal ideas from around the web that you can throw together to say thanks. To your mom, your husband’s mom, or the person you love that you call mom. All of these recipes require simple assembly or just a few minutes to cook. Let’s keep it simple.
