Ingredients
3cupsyogurtplain, full fat, cultured preferred
4tablespoonshoneyraw preferred
2 teaspoonsvanilla
1 cupgranolagood quality
blueberries, raspberries, strawberries to garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, honey and vanilla and stir to combine. Adjust honey if you'd like more sweetness.
Layer 1/4 cup of yogurt in jars, cups or bowls followed by a sprinkling of granola, then a few berries. Repeat three times until each parfait has 3/4 cup yogurt.
