Wholesome Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

Nourish and fill up for breakfast or snack time with these easy fruit and yogurt parfaits.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups yogurt plain, full fat, cultured preferred
  • 4 tablespoons honey raw preferred
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup granola good quality
  • blueberries, raspberries, strawberries to garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, honey and vanilla and stir to combine. Adjust honey if you'd like more sweetness.
  • Layer 1/4 cup of yogurt in jars, cups or bowls followed by a sprinkling of granola, then a few berries. Repeat three times until each parfait has 3/4 cup yogurt.
  • Top with more berries and mint.
