4eggsfried, boiled or scrambled
8sausage linksuncured preferred
8 slicesbacon uncured preferred
4waffles, pancakes or muffinsgluten free, almond flour, or regular
1/2cupstrawberriesrinsed, stems left on and sliced in half
2/3cupblueberrieswashed and dried
chamomile flowersoptional
Sauces and jellies
Maple syrup
Jamfruit juice sweetened is best

Add jams and jellies to the board in a triangular formation.Cook sausages and bacon first, keeping them in a warm 170 degree oven on a plate. Cook eggs according to preference last and be ready to add them to the board right away. Keep pancakes, muffins or waffles covered in the oven to keep warm. Refresh items on the charcuterie board as they are eaten.
