Chamomile Tea

Use fresh flowers from your garden or tea bags from the grocery store for this soothing and healthy tea!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers (1 tea bag or 4 tbsp fresh chamomile flowers)
  • 1 quart almost boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional for sweetness

Instructions

  • Pour over flowers and let steep to desired strength; 5-10 minutes
  • Flavor with honey or maple syrup if desired
