Yes absolutely! Cover it with some foil and bake it in a 350 degree oven until hot in the center and you'll be good to go. I also make this recipe in a mini muffin tin and use a biscuit cutter to cut rounds of pie crust for the bottoms and then freeze the small ones. They re-heat right from frozen in about 15-18 minutes. --Rachel

This looks great and thanks for the tip about freezing ahead. Question- if I freeze ahead (planning Thanksgiving day easy breakfast) should/could I defrost overnight to reduce the re-heat time?

I get my Bunker Hill at Meijer Heather, but you can follow the link in the post to their website and order it. Seriously so good. If you like hot cheese, they have a ghost pepper that is amazing. I put it on a turkey melt for my husband last night and he took a bite and went, "Whoa. What did you put on this? Man it's good." Well worth ordering to have something that won't leave your stomach in knots later. --Rachel

Any Swiss would work. I like a good old traditional version. Just get the slices and layer them on top of the bacon. Works like a charm!
