Georgette you aren’t crazy–my computer has a gremlin in it and I have no idea why the word “inch” was even there. Ack! Technology. It’s all polished up now and should clearly read that you need 4 whole English muffins (1 top and 1 bottom =1 whole muffin). Thanks for asking and I hope you enjoy it!–Rachel
