Making them now. Will update on how they come out.
Update: they look so good. I’m not allowed to eat pork cause I’m intolerant, but I love it. On my splurge nights, this is what I eat.
Update: I recommend making this. Yeah I suffered later, but so worth it. Mine cooked til 150 for the internal temp only cause I wasn’t paying attention. I pulled them out of oven and let them rest while sides were cooking. Perfect chops

These cooked so perfectly, I love the breading, just the right amount of flavor! Big hit with my kids too, definitely a recipe to keep!

Laura I’m wondering if there’s something going on with our pork quality lately. I bought some ribs this week and despite their falling apart when I grilled them, they were still tough to chew. As long as the meat wasn’t overcooked, it goes back to the quality of it itself. –Rachel

I made the pork chops and looked great and the taste was good but we’re tough but they were done not over done according to my digital thermometer.

15 min in the oven was too long for my pork chops. Came out a little tough, but the recipe was good overall!
