Update: they look so good. I’m not allowed to eat pork cause I’m intolerant, but I love it. On my splurge nights, this is what I eat. 
Update: I recommend making this. Yeah I suffered later, but so worth it. Mine cooked til 150 for the internal temp only cause I wasn’t paying attention. I pulled them out of oven and let them rest while sides were cooking. Perfect chops]]></description>
