In reply to Brenda. Hi Brenda, no these are not crispy like fried ones. The olive oil is there to help them brown up some but they don't develop a crust. --Rachel

S Rachel, I gave it 5 star because the ingredients are perfect, when I make them I will come back with 5 more stars! Before I do make these salmon patties I want to bake them and was wondering if they are crispy on the outside like those that are pan fried? My family likes crispy! Why drizzle them with olive oil before baking, just curious? Thank in advance!

I loved it. Word to the wise though, the mustard is a no-go. Very unpleasant. It added bitterness. Use a little lemon instead.

I’ll take pantry ready over frozen any day. These were indeed fast to prepare and sooo delicious. I fried them in butter which was admittedly decadent and served them on a big bed of greens. We were eating in 20 minutes flat after arriving home after vacation to an empty fridge.
