Hi, you’ll want to use a block that you shred fresh. For the pasta, I’m not sure. It will depend a lot on how big your measuring cup is that you’re using so you may just have to work with it and check some pasta as you go until it’s done. –Rachel

This recipe sounds wonderful. Can I use store-bought pre-shredded cheese or should it be shredded fresh? Also if using two cups of pasta, about how long should the pasta cook in the microwave?
