Hey Mark, it&#039;s okay if you don&#039;t have a thermometer. The answer is that the chicken will be firm and no pink inside. You can take out a piece, and cut it open and check the inside. It should be white all the way through. If you follow my directions on how big to cut your chicken, and how long to fry it, you should be just fine. Frying is trial and error if you&#039;re new to it. Just give it a try! --Rachel]]></description>
