It says it does need to be cooked but people are seeing “does and the n in need and thinking it says “does not” so I went in and changed it to must be cooked. That should fix it. –Rachel

In reply to Jamie. Hey Jamie--nowhere do I say that it doesn't need to be cooked that I can find. In bold at the top it clearly states that it does need to be cooked. If you can show me that I'll fix it. Thanks, Rachel

Why do you note that the rice does not need to be cooked, but the ingredients call for cooked rice?

Bruce it says in bold in the intro that the filling DOES need to be cooked. Always pre cook to avoid a greasy mess from the beef. I know a lot of people disagree with me on this, but I can’t see how putting it in raw would be any good at all. 🙂 –Rachel

easy to follow and it’s in the oven now. We added 2 packets of taco seasoning, salsa, black beans to add to the protein with the rice.
