I have made these many times and they are always a hit. Super easy. I have done them individually with a small cookie scoop and put on top of half of an thin oreo cookie. Looks like an appetizer.

I have made this, exactly as written in the recipe. I serve it on a cheese board with a spreader and a stack of graham crackers, and it is always a big hit!

Ah man–ya know, I think every butter brand varies in how salty their salted butter is. I think I’ve used salted butter in this many times and it’s been fine but next time…yeah better leave that out. 😉

This is a perfect dessert after a big meal! Guests can eat as much or as little as they feel like! I’m going to use this for a Christmas Eve dessert after an Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes! I’m adding some chopped Peppermint Sticks since I know my guests love Peppermint! Easy and simple, my favorite kind of party fare. Thank you so much for this great idea and recipe!
