Hi Stephanie, my current software allows for a 1x, 2x, and 3x of a recipe but sliders aren't an option and reducing a recipe with one of those often ends with odd measurements that aren't always accurate.I'd recommend just cutting the amounts in half manually. --Rachel

PLEASE put a "slider " option on this recipe! I would love to be able to reduce this recipe easily. It looks and sounds delicious! For the person that commented about it being dry, just add some milk or cream. About 1/4 cup at a time, stir, and bring it to the consistency you want. Maybe add a bit of grated cheese on the top and bake it at 350° for for another 20 minutes. I plan on making this tomorrow for my grandchildren. Can't wait!

Hey Christina, it could have been a couple of things. It may have been a little over baked but the bigger issue is that any pasta will absorb the sauce the longer it sits. Mac and cheese does the same thing. Next time you can try baking it a bit less and you can bake it covered to prevent the pasta from getting firm. --Rachel

Mine came out super dry after baking and letting it sit on warm while I did laundry. Now the noodles are hard and there is no sauce at all. What did I do wrong?

It's great to freeze Michele. I do think it's better to be baked from frozen or at least thawed before microwaving but it should work. --Rachel

Can this be cooked, frozen then reheated successfully in a microwave oven? I'm hoping to include this in frozen meals for my 90yo+ in-laws.. The recipe looks simple and delicious. Thank you.
