I am making this tonight, but will be making it into bowls as our grocery stores are having a hard time keeping up. I have one bag of chips that I will use as a garnish and put it on a bed of rice with beans and toppings. Thank you so much for all the time you put into your recipes. I am still finding my way around and Love how easy things are. We love cooking with real food ingredients and enjoy supporting our local farming communities.

A recipe like this is exactly what I was looking for. Was easy to make with ingredients I already had. Made this all in one skillet Instead of broiling, I just put the cheese on top of the whole dish in the skillet and put a lid on top til the cheese was melty enough for me. Quite good.
