We used a gluten free pasta for our celiac family, doubled and baked 2 8x8 pans with 3 cups of dry GF elbow pasta which was almost exactly 3 cups. We did the bake later option, prepping it in the morning and baking for dinner and turned out great.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m 74 and have never swayed from mac n cheese the way my mom taught me... until today! I love that this makes a reasonable amount instead of &quot;for a crowd&quot; size. Perfect for one or two. 
My only suggestion would be to not add salt until the sauce is ready because some cheeses are saltier than others.
