Hi Jenny–I see your .au address so I assume that’s Australia. You may not have half and half there or you may call it something else but it’s a blend of milk and cream you can buy at the grocery store. Half whole milk and half heavy cream. You can swap in whole milk or all cream with equal success. –Rachel
